Transaction and Due Diligence Services -   When management determines that in-organic growth would be beneficial, H3 is prepared to provide detailed financial and market due diligence for acquisitions of companies or portfolios.

Schedule Production and Reporting -   H3 has extensive experience abstracting, manipulating, and analyzing historical results and will provide detailed reporting packages that can be easily understood and utilized to make timely, effective decisions.  H3 has significant presentation experience, and is always prepared to present its findings to the Board of Directors, Committees, or Lenders. 

Management Reviews – During times of growth and expansion, equity investors, management teams, and board members often have numerous, sometimes overlapping, roles and responsibilities.  H3 will carefully, and sensitively, interview select management positions in order to make honest and practical recommendations regarding personnel and job descriptions.

Cash Flow Management, Modeling, and Financial Reporting -  As companies experience decreasing cash flow and downward pressure on operations, lenders and investors generally require additional and more detailed reporting procedures.   At H3 we understand different financing vehicles and are prepared to provide accurate, reliable, reporting.

Asset and Debt Restructuring including Disposition Services -   H3 has significant experience restructuring and monetizing real and personal property.  If needed, we can create an obtainable plan to restructure the balance sheet, including: monetizing underutilized assets through an auction or orderly liquidation, evaluating and renegotiating current debt obligations, and proposing creative opportunities to raise capital. 

Debtor and Creditor Committee Representation and ABC’s ­– H3 respects the complexity and sensitivity of filing for bankruptcy. We have the expertise and experience to work closely with other Turnaround professionals to maximize corporate value for all interested parties.  H3 is prepared to provide a wide range of Bankruptcy services including; creating 13-week cash flows and financial statements, assisting management in the creation of a viable go-forward plan, and designing and managing the liquidation of assets, including a 363 sale.
